Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals with experience in Home Loan / LAP sales who are comfortable working in the DSA / Channel Partner model. The role focuses on expanding and managing the DSA network while driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage DSA / Channel Partners

• Generate business through the DSA network

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships

• Conduct meetings, partner training sessions, and field activities

• Ensure timely sales reporting and performance updates

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in Any Discipline

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Candidates Preferred

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales

• Prior exposure to the DSA / Channel Partner model is preferred

Compensation: Increment as per market standards & candidate profile
