* Recruit and manage a team of life insurance advisors

* Train them on companies products and sales processes

* Assist advisors in lead generation & conversions

* Ensure monthly targets are achieved

* Guide customers with correct insurance solutions based on their needs

* Follow sales compliance and reporting norms
